The rapid advancement of digitization has put forward new requirements for the training of economics professionals.Strengthening the cultivation of digital talents in economics is an inevitable requirement for building a digital power in the new era and constructing a high-level talent training system,which has very important stra-tegic value.This paper expounds the value,dilemma and practice path of talent training for economics majors un-der the background of digital economy,and focuses on the cultivation system of talent training for economics ma-jors in the new era.It believes that the actual training should start from three aspects:teaching content,teaching method and teaching system,promote interdisciplinary integration,effectively improve the quality of digital edu-cation,and reconstruct the paradigm of education training.We will accurately meet the needs of social development and train a large number of high-quality talents for the new era of digital China.
