With the advancement of the"the Belt and Road"construction,China is increasingly actively and deep-ly involved in the tide of globalization.In this process,Chinese language education plays a crucial role,not only highlighting the role of the Chinese language in economic activities,but also meeting the needs of a large number of overseas Chinese for their own cultural identity.The particularity of overseas Chinese education makes Chinese language teaching more complex.The impact of globalization itself on overseas Chinese education is mainly due to the emergence of so-called cultural nationalism.The suggestions put forward by scholars and the attempts made by educators on how to deal with the adverse effects of cultural nationalism should be worth paying attention to.
