摘要
旗帜鲜明讲政治是中国共产党一以贯之的政治优势.建党以来,在遵循和坚持马克思主义政党建党学说、政治属性的基础上,中国共产党在领导革命、建设、改革的过程中不断加强党的政治能力建设,增强党组织的政治功能,加强党的领导,提高党的执政水平.回顾党的政治能力建设的基本历程,对于新时代加强党的政治建设、提升党的执政能力和执政水平具有重要理论意义和现实意义.
Abstract
Taking a clear political stance is a political strength that our Party has valued from the outset.Since the founding,on the basis of adhering to the fundamental requirements for the construction of Marxist political par-ties,the CPC has continuously strengthened the construction of political capacity in the course of leading revolu-tion,construction,and reform,continuously enhance the Party's political leadership,the ideological leadership,the mass organization and the social appeal.Reviewing the history of the political capacity construction has great significance to the in-depth promotion of the Party's political construction in the new era.
