河南省城市韧性与数字化转型时空演变及耦合协调优化路径

基于2012-2021年河南省17个地级市面板数据,采用TOPSIS熵权法测量城市韧性与数字化转型水平,进一步运用耦合协调度模型测算两者耦合协调度.结果表明:河南省城市韧性建设水平总体大于城市数字化转型水平,2020年城市数字化转型水平大幅上升,超城市韧性水平;城市韧性表现出"中西高,西部、东南低,中部提升较快"的特征,城市数字化转型表现出"腹地高,四周低"的特征;城市韧性建设与数字化转型耦合度大于耦合协调度,2016-2021年各市耦合协调度大体处于濒临失调和勉强协调两种状态,2020年全省城市韧性建设与数字化转型耦合协调度达到最高水平.
Abstract
Based on the panel data of 17 prefecture-level cities in Henan province from 2012 to 2021,the article adopts the TOPSIS entropy weight method to measure the level of urban digital transformation and the level of ur-ban resilience construction,and further applies the coupled coordination degree model to measure the coupled co-ordination relationship between the two systems.The results show that:the level of urban resilience construction in Henan province is generally greater than the level of urban digital transformation,and the level of urban digital transformation in 2020 rises sharply,surpassing the level of urban resilience;urban resilience shows the charac-teristics of"high in the middle and west,low in the west and southeast,and faster in the middle",and urban digital transformation shows the characteristics of"high in the hinterland,low in the surroundings".The digital transformation of cities shows the characteristics of"high in the hinterland,low in the surrounding area";the de-gree of coupling between urban digital transformation and urban resilience construction is greater than the degree of coupling coordination,and the degree of coupling coordination of municipalities is on the verge of being dysfunc-tional and barely coordinated in 2016-2021,and the degree of coupling coordination between urban digital trans-formation and urban resilience construction of the province reaches the highest level in 2020.
