建立现代化教育体系是当今教育改革的主题和热点,处于关键枢纽环节的基础教育阶段肩负着承前启后培养创新人才重任,其主流为基础教育阶段"普职融通"综合化趋势,旨在促进学生社会化及多样化,促进普职平等化,满足经济社会发展需求.然而,目前普职失衡仍对教育生态造成一定影响.为此创新人才培养模式,构建全面分流机制为普职融通提供多元保障,普职双向融汇,纵横贯通,形成高中教育普高、中职、综合高中一体多元形式,满足学生接受优质教育机会和实现多样化发展的价值诉求,以期培养经济社会发展所急需的高质量、高素质、高技能人才.
Two-way Integration,Vertical and Horizontal Penetration,Integration and Diversity:Research on General Vocational Integration Strategy in Basic Education Stage
The establishment of a modernized education system is the theme and hotspot of today's education re-form,and the basic education stage,which is the key pivotal link,shoulders the important responsibility of training innovative talents,and its mainstream is the trend of integrating"universal vocational integration"at the basic education stage,which is aimed at promoting the socialization and diversification of students,promoting the equality of universal vocational education and meeting the needs of economic and social development.The aim is to promote the socialization and diversification of students,promote equality between the general and vocational lev-els,and meet economic and social development needs.However,the current imbalance between general education and vocational education still has a certain impact on the education ecology.To this end,we are innovating the and building a comprehensive streaming mechanism to provide multiple safeguards for universal and vocational integra-tion,so that universal and vocational education can be integrated in both directions,vertically and horizontally,forming a multifaceted form of senior high school education that integrates universal high school,vocational high school and comprehensive high school,and satisfying the value of the students'opportunities for receiving high-quality education and realizing diversified development,with a view to cultivating the high-quality,high-quality and high-skilled talents urgently needed for economic and social development.
