Effects of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills on Levels of Vasoactive Substances and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure
Objective:To investigate the effect of compound Danshen dropping pills on patients with Chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:A total of 80 CHF patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were divided into 2 groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with compound Danshen dripping pills for 8 weeks.The therapeutic effect,vasoactive substances and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00％(38/40)higher than that of the control group(77.50％(31/40)(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ),endothelin-1(ET-1),and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)were lower than before treatment.The observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of Hypersensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and Interleukin-6(IL-6)in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of compound Danshen dripping pills in CHF patients is satisfactory,which can inhibit the survival of vasoactive sub-stances and regulate the level of inflammatory factors.
