Clinical Study on the Treatment of Second Degree Burn with Nano Silver Burn Patch and Purple Yellow Burn Cream
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nano silver burn dressing combined with purple yellow burn cream in the treatment of second degree burns.Method:72 patients with second degree burns admitted to our hos-pital from January 2022 to October 2023 were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was wrapped with nano silver burn wound dressing,while the observa-tion group was wrapped with nano silver burn wound dressing combined with purple yellow burn cream.The treat-ment effects,wound healing time,bacterial culture results of wound secretions,and adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference(P＞0.05)in the positive rate of bacterial culture in wound secretions and adverse reactions between the two groups before treatment.The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,with shorter wound healing and hospitalization time.The positive rate of bacterial culture in wound secretions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of nano silver burn dressing and purple yellow burn cream has a significant therapeutic effect on sec-ond degree burns,which can shorten the wound healing time,reduce the risk of wound infection,and do not in-crease adverse reactions.The clinical application of nano silver burn dressing combined with purple yellow burn cream in the treatment of second degree burns is safe and reliable.
