透明质酸凝胶治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床观察

摘要
目的:观察透明质酸凝胶用于复发性口腔溃疡治疗的临床疗效及安全性.方法:选择90例复发性口腔溃疡患者,随机分为观察组45例和对照组45例,观察组每日使用透明质酸凝胶喷于患处;对照组每日使用氯化钠注射液喷于患处.5 d后观察两组患者疼痛、溃疡愈合情况及临床疗效.结果:治疗后两组比较,观察组疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P＜0.05),观察组溃疡直径明显小于对照组(P＜0.05),观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:透明质酸凝胶治疗复发性口腔溃疡缓解疼痛、促进愈合作用佳,临床疗效好,值得研究应用.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of hyaluronic acid gel in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers.Methods:90 patients with recurrent oral ulcers were selected and randomly divided into an observation group of 45 cases and a control group of 45 cases.The observation group used hyaluronic acid gel sprayed on the af-fected area daily,while the control group used normal saline injection sprayed on the affected area.After 5 days,the pain,ulcer healing,and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly lower pain scores(P＜0.05),smaller ulcer diameters(P＜0.05),and better clinical efficacy(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Hyaluronic acid gel treatment for recurrent oral ul-cers can alleviate pain,promote healing,and has good clinical efficacy,which is worth further research and appli-cation.
