Analysis of the Influence of Empathy Nursing on Psychological Status and Quality of Life in Adolescent Depression
Objective:To study the effect of empathic nursing on the psychological status and quality of life of ado-lescent depression patients.Methods:A total of 80 patients with adolescent depression who were admitted to our hospital between January 2023 and December 2023 were equally divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group by the method of digital marking in the hospital psychiatric system.The control group followed the routine intervention methods,while the exploratory group implemented an empathetic nursing intervention plan.The psycho-logical status,depression degree and the influence on quality of life were observed between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the positive emotion was higher and the negative emotion score was lower in the exploratory group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the compliance rates of the exploration group and the con-trol group were 97.5％(39/40)and 77.5％(31/40),respectively,meanwhile,the difference was significant(P＜0.05).The score of Sf-36 in the exploratory group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Ass-essed by the Depression Scale,the degree of depression was significantly improved,and the score was significant-ly lower in the exploratory group(P＜0.05)compared with the control group.Conclusion:During the period of drug control,it has extensive promotional value that the intervention model of assistant empathic nursing is more effective in improving the psychological and emotional state and relieving the depressive symptoms of the adoles-cent patients with depression,enhancing the positive emotions of patients and maximizing the quality of daily life.
