It is of great significance that"the civil code"adds the personality right prohibition in the code.However,the academic circle has no joint measures on how to apply it.Through the study of the connection between the rights in substantive law and the rights in procedure,this paper aims to perfect the personality right to be a real right in practice,which not only ensures the effective implementation of the Civil Code,but also pro-tects the personality right,we will promote the development of the rule of law.
