数字经济发展对高技能人才就业的影响

分析数字经济对高技能人才就业的影响,为新时代推进创新驱动发展提供有效动力.利用2013-2021年中国省际面板数据,采用熵值法测度了中国30个省份的数字经济发展水平.在此基础上,构建面板模型、中介效应及门槛效应模型实证研究了数字经济对高技能人才就业的影响效应.研究表明:数字经济发展水平对我国高技能人才就业有显著的正向作用;分东、中、西部地区来看,对东部地区和中部地区也有显著的正向作用,而西部地区作用效果不显著;从作用机制来看,产业结构升级是数字经济发展对高技能人才就业的中介传导变量;另外,数字经济发展对高技能就业存在单门槛影响特征.数字经济发展在单门槛值时促进作用更强.基于研究,文章提出有效推动数字经济发展对高技能人才就业的政策建议,建立完善偏远地区的数字基础设施以及人才福利政策制度.
Impact of Digital Economy Development on Employment of High-skilled Talents
Analyze the impact of the digital economy on the employment of high-skilled talents,and provide ef-fective impetus for promoting innovation-driven development in the new era.Based on the inter-provincial panel data of China from 2013 to 2021,the entropy method was used to measure the development level of digital econo-my in 30 provinces in China.On this basis,the panel model,the intermediary effect and the threshold effect mod-el are constructed to empirically study the impact of the digital economy on the employment of high-skilled tal-ents.The results show that the development level of digital economy has a significant positive effect on the employ-ment of high-skilled talents in China.From the perspective of the eastern,central and western regions,it also has a significant positive effect on the eastern and central regions,while the effect of the western region is not sig-nificant.From the perspective of mechanism,the upgrading of industrial structure is the intermediary transmission variable of the development of digital economy to the employment of high-skilled talents.In addition,the devel-opment of the digital economy has a single-threshold impact on high-skilled employment.The development of the digital economy has a stronger role in promoting a single threshold.Based on the research,this paper puts for-ward policy suggestions for effectively promoting the development of digital economy and the employment of high-skilled talents,and establishing and improving the digital infrastructure and talent welfare policies and systems in remote areas.
