摘要
光伏发电作为可再生能源的代表之一,近年来得到了广泛应用和推广.随着光伏组件的寿命结束,其回收处理问题变得日益重要.光伏组件的回收涉及多个环节,其中跨省转移是一个关键环节.本文分析光伏组件回收政策、技术、市场机制以及跨省合作机制不成熟等问题,提出建立政策协同、技术统一、资金扶持、人才培养等对策,破解光伏回收政策难题,提高光伏组件回收率,满足产业发展需要.
Abstract
As a representative of renewable energy,photovoltaic power generation has been widely used and pro-moted in recent years.With the end of the life of photovoltaic modules,the issue of recycling becomes increasingly important.The recovery of PV module involves many links,among which the trans-provincial transfer is a key link.This paper analyzes the problems of the policy,technology,market mechanism and the immature inter-provincial cooperation mechanism of PV module recycling,and puts forward some countermeasures,such as es-tablishing policy coordination,technology unification,financial support and personnel training,etc.,solve the problem of PV recycling policy,improve the PV module recycling rate to meet the needs of industrial develop-ment.
