"黑天鹅"和"灰犀牛"的频频共舞,导致危机管理人才缺口 日益增大.立足于国家"十四五"规划和2035年远景目标"中关于危机事件的防范与化解、预警与处置、恢复与重建方面危机管理一流素质的培养目标,针对课程面临的"危机思维塑造难、知识的再生产难、危机沟通能力打造难"三难问题,提出"危机中学习危机"式情境教学,"啐啄同机"的教学模式,"大五星套小五星,小五星推动大五星"式深度学习过程,解决"三难"的痛点问题,达成三维目标.同时,与企业人才需求对接,关注学生成长,为学生提供了就业机会.目前作为国家线下一流课程,已走进企业,为企业管理人员培养危机管理素质,受益人群达2000多人次,受多家机构邀请进行教学经验交流.
Research on the Innovative Teaching Model of Crisis Management
The frequent dancing of"black swan"and"grey rhinoceros"has led to the increasing gap of crisis m-anagement talents,and the course team is based on the national"14th Five-Year Plan"and"2035 Vision".Ba-sed on the national"14th Five-Year Plan"and"Vision 2035"goals,the course team,based on the cultivation goal of first-class quality of crisis management in crisis prevention and resolution,early warning and disposal,and restoration and reconstruction,and in response to the three difficult problems faced by the course,which are"difficulty in shaping the crisis mindset,difficulty in reproducing the knowledge,and difficulty in building the a-bility to communicate with the crisis",proposes that Crisis learning crisis type of contextual teaching,"spit and peck the same machine"teaching mode,"big five-star set of small five-star,small five-star to promote the big five-star"type of in-depth learning process,to solve the"three difficulties".The"three difficult"pain point problems,to achieve three-dimensional goals.At the same time,docking with enterprise talent demand,attention to student growth,providing students with employment opportunities.At present,as a national offline first-class course,it has gone into enterprises to cultivate the quality of crisis management for enterprise manag-ers,benefiting more than 2,000 people,and has been invited by a number of organisations to exchange teaching experience.
