On Guidance of Grassroots Party Units in Path Exploration of Rural Revitalization
With the theme of rural revitalization led by grassroots party organizations,the path is explored from three aspects:economy,politics and supervision and implementation.In terms of improving the ability of eco-nomic leadership,we emphasize the coordination of factors and the upgrading of leadership to promote the devel-opment of the collective economy.In terms of improving political leadership,it is emphasized to strengthen the po-litical leadership of village committees and rural social organizations,and give full play to the advantages of grass-roots party building.In terms of strengthening the ability to supervise and enforce,it emphasizes the strict imple-mentation of democratic centralism,and improves the supervision and evaluation,incentive and care,and re-source guarantee mechanisms.It aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the role of grassroots party organizations in rural revitalization.
