On Coupling Relationship between Higher Education Development,Technological Innovation and Industrial Structure Upgrading
The coupling coordination degree model is constructed to measure the coupling coordination relationship between higher education development,technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and its convergence and dynamic evolution trend are analyzed.The results show that during the study period,the coupling coordination level of higher education development,technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading in the provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is also on an upward trend,but the coupling level is relatively low.Guizhou and Yunnan have been in the stage of extreme imbalance,and Anhui,Jiangxi,Hubei,Hunan,Sichuan and Chongqing have been in the stage of severe imbal-ance.Shanghai fluctuated between moderate and mild dysregulation;Zhejiang Province from the severe disorder stage into the moderate disorder and mild disorder stage;The level of coupling coordination in Jiangsu Province is from mild disorder to near disorder,barely coordination stage;The coupling coordination degree of higher educa-tion development,technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has 8-convergence and β-convergence;The difference of coupling coordination level is expanding,and the phe-nomenon of multi-polarization appears.
