水热晶化法制备钛硅分子筛TS-1过程中,存在硅源和钛源水解速率不匹配的问题.晶体溶解-晶化法可解决该问题,然而合成条件的影响仍未系统研究.本文研究了晶体溶解-晶化法制备TS-1过程中钛源、碱度、水量、晶化温度等合成条件的影响,结果表明,无机钛源合成出的TS-1分子筛更有优势,碱度、水量及晶化温度要适宜,过高和过低均会有负面影响.综合得到的优化合成条件为:当体系处于无机钛源(TiCl3,Ti(SO4)2,TiOSO4)、碱度HCl/TPAOH比为0.1、水量H2O/SiO2比为34、晶化温度170 ℃的条件下合成的TS-1分子筛催化性能最佳.这一研究结果对TS-1分子筛的工业化生产具有重要的参考作用.
The Influence of Synthesis Conditions on the Preparation of TS-1 by Crystal Dissolution Crystallization Method
During the preparation of titanium silicalite TS-1 by hydrothermal crystallization method,there is a problem of mismatched hydrolysis rates between silicon and titanium sources.This problem can be solved by the crystal dissolution crystallization method,but the influence of synthesis conditions has not been systematically studied.The effects of synthesis conditions such as titanium source,alkalinity,water content,and crystallization temperature on the preparation of TS-1 by crystal dissolution crystallization method are investigated in this arti-cle.The results show that TS-1 zeolite synthesized from inorganic titanium source has more advantages,while alkalinity,water content,and crystallization temperature should be appropriate.Both too high and too low will have negative effects.The optimized synthesis conditions obtained comprehensively are:the good catalytic per-formance of TS-1 zeolite synthesized under the conditions of inorganic titanium source(TiCl3,Ti(SO4)2,TiOSO4),alkalinity HCl/TP AO H ratio of 0.1,water content H2O/SiO2 ratio of 34,and crystallization tem-perature of 170 ℃.This research result has important guiding significance for the industrial production of TS-1 zeolite.
