Psoriasis is a common chronic,recurrent,inflammatory skin disease,which is caused by various fac-tors including genetic factors,immune disorders,environmental impact,etc.And the most important factor is immune disorders.More and more studies have shown that IL-23/Th17 inflammation axis and its associated im-mune molecules play an important role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis,and treatments based on this axis have al-so achieved certain achievements.This review summarizes the progress of the IL-23/Th17 inflammation axis in psoriasis.
