Five Lines of Music in Combination with Point Massage in Liver Yang Syndrone Application Study Type of Young and Middle-aged Patients with High Blood Pressure
Objective:To explore the effect of five elements music combined with acupressure on the young and middle-aged hypertension patients with liver-yang hyperactivity.Methods:Eligible patients treated in our hospi-tal were selected for inclusion in the study.The two wards of the two hospitals managed by group and homogeniza-tion were randomly divided into two groups.There were 70 cases in the experimental group and the control group.The control group received routine treatment and nursing according to the Chinese Guidelines for Hyperten-sion Prevention and Treatment(2018 Revision).The experimental group was given five elements music com-bined with acupoint massage therapy on the basis of routine treatment and nursing.PSQI scores,HAMA scores,HAMD scores,SF-36 quality of life scale scores and blood pressure were compared between the two groups be-fore intervention and after 4 courses of intervention.Results:After treatment,the antihypertensive effect,sleep quality,quality of life and anxiety state of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the con-trol group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But there was no statistically significant differ-ence in depression status between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of five elements music combined with acupoint massage to treat young and middle-aged hypertensive patients with liver-yang hyperactivity is remarkable.This treatment method can not only lower their blood pressure levels,but also significantly improve the patient's sleep quality,alleviate anxiety,and thus improve their quality of life.It is worth promoting.
