Analysis of the Impact of Humanized Nursing Intervention on the Quality of Life of Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pneumonia
Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of humanized nursing intervention on the quality of life of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia.Methods:100 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pneu-monia in nursing homes were divided into observation group and control group by the principle of numerical ran-domization.The two groups adopted the same clinical treatment plan and different nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received humanistic nursing(strengthening psychologi-cal counseling and exercise intervention on the basis of routine nursing).The quality of life of patients in the two groups was recorded,evaluated and analyzed by the World Health Organization Life Score scale.Results:The quality of life of observation group and control group was improved after intervention compared with before inter-vention(P<0.05).The quality of life(psychological feeling and adaptation,social communication and integra-tion,environmental adaptation and habit)in the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological counseling and appropriate exercise intervention for patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia are helpful.It can not only improve the quality of life of patients,but also en-hance the physiological function of patients,especially the perception of society and environment,integration into society,and return to the family.In addition,it can reduce the human and economic investment of patients'fam-ilies effectively.It provides more possibilities for patients to seek medical treatment,treatment and rehabilita-tion.It also improves the quality of life of patients on the basis of saving medical insurance investment.A good and feasible path has been explored for chronic disease management.
