摘要
目的:探讨基于PDCA(plan-do-check-action,PDCA)循环管理的人性化护理在腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者中的应用.方法:选取宜春学院第二附属医院2022年4月-2023年6月收治的72例腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组36例.对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者于常规护理基础上实施基于PDCA循环管理的人性化护理.对比分析两组患者的康复进程情况、生活质量、并发症.结果:观察组的排便时间(30.72±6.03)h、肛门排气时间(27.06±5.38)h、住院时间(5.29±0.77)d 均短于对照组的(50.11±10.84)h、(36.11±7.24)h、(7.82±1.36)d,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)中的精神健康(82.35±7.24)分、社会功能(74.86±5.81)分、生命活力(77.89±6.16)分、躯体疼痛(78.94±6.87)分、总体健康(79.85±5.84)分、情感职能(82.11±7.06)分、生理职能(76.13±6.04)分、活动能力(72.99±7.08)分均高于对照组的(70.86±6.44)分、(65.77±4.28)分、(64.15±5.05)分、(66.94±5.12)分、(63.33±4.18)分、(70.95±4.29)分、(65.12±4.18)分、(60.21±4.13)分,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组并发症发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:基于PDCA循环管理的人性化护理效果显著,能够促进患者康复,提高其生活质量,且安全可靠.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of humanized nursing based on PDCA(plan do check action)cycle management in patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods:72 patients with laparoscopic appendectomy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Yichun University from April 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research ob-jects and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=36)received routine nursing,while the observa-tion group(n=36)received humanized nursing based on PDCA cycle management on the basis of routine nurs-ing.The two groups'rehabilitation process,quality of life and complications were compared and analyzed.Results:The observation group's defecation time(30.72±6.03)h,anal exhaust time(27.06±5.38)h and hospitalization time(5.29±0.77)d were shorter than control group's(50.11±10.84)h,(36.11±7.24)h,(7.82±1.36)d,meanwhile the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The observation group's scores of mental health(82.35±7.24),social function(74.86±5.81),vitality(77.89±6.16),physical pain(78.94±6.87),overall health(79.85±5.84),emotional function(82.11±7.06),physiological function(76.13±6.04)and activity abili-ty(72.99±7.08)were significantly higher than control group's(70.86±6.44),(65.77±4.28),(64.15±5.05),(66.94±5.12),(63.33±4.18),(70.95±4.29),(65.12±4.18),(60.21±4.13),while the difference was statisti-cally significant(P＜0.05).The comparison of the incidence of complications between the two groups was not signifi-cant different(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The humanized nursing based on PDCA cycle management has remarkable effect.It can promote the rehabilitation of patients,improve their quality of life,and is safe and reliable.
