Analysis of the Application of Stratified and Intensive Education in the Treatment of Patients with Cervical Disc Herniation
Objective:To explore the application of stratified intensive education in the treatment of patients with cervical disc herniation.Methods:100 patients with cervical disc herniation were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine health education.The observation group,on the basis of the control group,carried out stratified intensive education for patients with different ages and cultural levels.Observe and compare the level of health knowledge and self-management health abilities of two groups of patients.The recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly reduced.Results:The obser-vation group's health knowledge assessment score was(8.0±1.28),while the control group's health knowledge assessment score was(6.0±0.86).The score of health knowledge about cervical disc herniation in the observa-tion group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the self-management ability of health in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:The application of lay-ered intensive education in the prevention and treatment of cervical disc herniation has significant effect,low recur-rence rate,high safety and high application value.It is worth promoting and applying.
