Strategies for Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness Improvement in Public Sector
The leadership of leaders has become the key to promote the effectiveness of public sector organiza-tions.Leadership development in the public sector can effectively promote the improvement of organizational effec-tiveness.At the same time,organizational effectiveness can provide a good development environment and support for leaders to promote the sustainable development of leadership.However,the training and selection of leaders in the public sector is often lack of systematic and scientific,its organizational structure and management system are often more rigid,and organizational culture restricts the development of leadership.The strategies to promote or-ganizational effectiveness through leadership development in the public sector are as follows:strengthening organi-zational management and optimizing leadership structure;cultivating leadership skills and improving the quality of leaders;improving the assessment mechanism and stimulating the enthusiasm of leaders;creating a positive or-ganizational culture and enhancing organizational cohesion.
