The excellent traditional Chinese culture is a cultural treasure of the Chinese nation,containing rich ele-ments of ideological and political education.As the main training ground for cultivating individuals,vocational col-leges should comprehensively integrate excellent traditional culture into their educational work,creating a campus cultural atmosphere that combines both overt and subtle elements to nurture the mind and body.By leveraging re-sources from outstanding traditional culture and integrating them with events such as the Chinese Classics Reading,Writing and Speech Competition organized by the Ministry of Education and the State Language Commission,vo-cational colleges can develop a comprehensive talent cultivation model focused on nurturing teacher teams,stude-nts with high-level integrated qualities,and meeting employer demands.This aims to promote the creative trans-formation and innovative development of excellent traditional Chinese culture while effectively fulfilling the funda-mental task of moral education.
