The grass-roots party organization in colleges and universities is the fighting fortress of the party in col-leges and universities,and plays an important organizational leading role.In the current complex and changeable social environment,grass-roots party organizations are facing the challenge of increasingly diversified needs and increasingly complicated problems.Therefore,improving the ability of investigation and research has become an important task for the grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities.At present,there are some prob-lems in the investigation and research of grassroots party organizations in universities,such as lack of investigation and research ability,lack of resources and lack of interdisciplinary cooperation.To this end,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the team of investigation researchers,promote the application of digital investigation and research means/gradually launch the application and transformation of investigation and research results,comprehensively improve the investigation and research skills of grass-roots party organizations,better provide theoretical support for practice,provide scientific decision-making basis for the work of party organizations,and promote the high-quality development of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities.
