A Multi-attribute & Multi-stage Conflict Style Large Group Emergency Decision-making Method Based on Interval-valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Number
In this paper,a new decision-making method is proposed for the multi-attribute & multi-stage largegroup decision-making problem featuring unknown attribute weights and stage weights as well as preference information expressed as interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers(IVIFNs).To begin with,a similarity degree formula for IVIFNs is presented, and expert preference information in each stage is clustered via fuzzy clustering method. In the process of clustering,in order to reduce the conflict level of group preference in clustering results, taking maximizing consistency level of group preference as the goal, clustering threshold are set.Next,fuzzy-entropy and relative entropy principle are used to solve attribute weights and stage weights separately, thus obtaining the comprehensive group preference of all the alternatives during the whole decision-making process. The alternatives ranking result is created by IVIFNs scoring function and exact function. Finally,an example shows the feasibility and availability of the method.
