为减少飞灰对环境和人体健康的潜在威胁,需进行垃圾焚烧飞灰无害化处理.本文综述了固化/稳定化处理、热处理技术、水泥窑协同处置技术、安全填埋技术的原理、优缺点,介绍了各项技术的技术经济性、技术要点和发展趋势,提出垃圾飞灰综合利用策略,并从政策支持和技术创新等方面提出飞灰无害化处理技术进步的措施.低温热解+水洗+建材化应用、水泥窑协同处置等处理技术,能耗和成本低,但在技术成熟度、市场应用等方面还有待进一步探索.
Research Progress on Application of Harmless Treatment Technology of Waste Incineration Fly Ash
In order to reduce the potential threat of fly ash to the environment and human health,it is necessary to carry out harmless treatment of waste incineration fly ash.In this paper,the principles,ad-vantages and disadvantages of solidificationabilization treatment,heat treatment technology,cement kiln co-processing and safe landfill technology were reviewed.The technical economy,technical points and development trend of each technology were introduced.The comprehensive utilization strategy of waste fly ash was put forward,and the measures for the improvement of fly ash harmless treatment technology are proposed from the aspects of policy support and technological innovation.Low-temperature pyrolysis+washing+building materials application,cement kiln co-processing and other treatment technologies have low energy consumption and low cost,but they still need to be further explored in terms of technical maturity and market application.
