Educational Value and Optimization Strategy of Low Educated Workers in Skilled Society:Based on the Assumption of Biological Man-Economic Man-Intellectual Man
Building a skilled society is an important foundation for Zhejiang to advance common prosperity and Chinese style modernization.As a developed coastal province,Zhejiang's population inflow in recent years has shown a strong interaction between highly educated talents and low-educated population,a large proportion of low-educated population,a large proportion of young and middle-aged working population,and a high retention rate,which brings new educational needs for the construction of a skilled society.Based on the local reality of Zhejiang,based on the hypothesis of biological man-economic man-intellectual man,explore the educational value,realistic challenges and optimization strategies of external low-educated workers,build the core skill education model,and create the practice form of"multi-path coordination"education community,which provides a new way to realize the high-quality education of the migrant workers with low education background in the skilled society.
