摘要
加强大中小学科学教育一体化建设是落实教育、科技、人才三位一体战略布局、构建科技强国的重要举措.推进大中小学科学教育一体化建设要秉承"以终为始"的理念,以培养和造就国家发展所需的高素质劳动者大军、科技创新人才队伍和大批科技拔尖创新人才为目标,依照科技创新人才成长规律提升学生的科学素养,设计进阶式教育体系,统筹规划原本相对独立的小学、初中、高中、大学各学段的科学教育.具体而言,面对大中小学科学教育一体化建设的诸多现实困境,要完善大中小学科学教育一体化的保障机制;构建一体化目标图谱;设计学段内和段间教学评一体化体系;开辟科技拔尖创新人才的贯通培养渠道;聚力数字技术赋能.从这五个方面发力来推进大中小学科学教育一体化建设,做好科学教育加法,构建"大科学教育"新格局.
Abstract
Strengthening the integration of science education in universities,primary and secondary schools is an important measure to implement the strategic layout of education,science and technology,and talents,and to build a powerful country in science and technology.To promote the integrated construction of science education in universities,primary and secondary schools,we should adhere to the concept of"begin with the end",aim at cultivating and creating a large number of high-quality workers,scientific and technological innovation talents and top scientific and technological innovation talents needed for national development,improve students'scientific literacy in accordance with the growth law of scientific and technological innovation talents,and design an advanced education system.We will make overall planning for science education in elementary,middle,high school and university sectors,which were originally relatively independent.More precisely,faced with many practical difficulties in the integration construction of science education in universities,primary and secondary schools,it is necessary to improve the guarantee mechanism of the integration of science education in universities,primary and secondary schools,build the integration goal map,design an integrated system of teaching,learning and evaluation within and between classes,open up a continuous training channel for top-notch innovative talents in science and technology,and empower the digital technology.From these five aspects,we will make efforts to promote the integration of science education in universities,primary and secondary schools,do a good job in science education addition,and build a new pattern of"great science education".
