Evaluation of the Influence Mechanism and Model of Educational Satisfaction of the Elderly Under the Direction of Balanced Development
The satisfaction of education for the elderly is the most direct experience of the development of education for the elderly,and it is also an important index to study and judge the balanced development of education for the elderly.Based on the theory of balanced development of"fair and quality education",this study mainly examines and observes the satisfaction of education for the elderly from three dimensions:educational opportunity,educational support and educational quality.Structural equation model method is adopted to explore the main factors and influencing mechanisms of the satisfaction of education for the elderly.The results show that the path coefficient of perceived educational equity on overall education satisfaction is 0.515***,the path coefficient of perceived educational equity on overall education satisfaction is 0.039,and the path coefficient of perceived educational support on overall education satisfaction is 0.230***.The total effect of perceived education support on overall satisfaction was the largest(0.792),and the path coefficient of perceived education quality on overall satisfaction was 0.240***.It can be seen that the elderly people's expectation on the senior education satisfaction is still more about the opportunity to go to school,but do not pay much attention to the quality of education for the elderly.Following the trend of balanced development,it is necessary to further promote the service system and support system of senior education to guarantee the educational opportunities and support for the elderly,build the quality system of education for the elderly to improve the sense of access to education for the elderly,and then improve the overall satisfaction of education for the elderly.
