均衡发展指向下老年教育满意度影响机制与模型测评

摘要
老年教育满意度是老龄群体对老年教育发展最为直接的体验,也是研判老年教育均衡发展的重要指标.以2354 名老年人为研究对象,基于"公平有质量的教育"均衡发展理论视角,主要从教育机会、教育支持和教育质量三个维度审视和观测老年教育满意度,采用结构方程模型方法探索老年教育满意度的主要因素及影响机制.结果显示,教育公平感知对教育总体满意度的路径系数为 0.515***,教育公平感知通过教育质量感知间接影响教育总体满意(0.039),教育支持感知对教育总体满意度的路径系数为 0.230***,教育支持感知对教育总体满意度的总效应(0.792)最大,教育质量感知对教育总体满意度的路径系数为 0.240***.可以看出,老年人对老年教育满意度的关注点是"有学上",现阶段对于老年教育"上好学"关注度不高.遵循均衡发展趋向,今后需要进一步推动老年教育服务体系和支持体系保障老年人的教育机会和教育支持,构建老年教育质量体系提高老年人教育获得感,进而提升老年教育总体满意度.
Abstract
The satisfaction of education for the elderly is the most direct experience of the development of education for the elderly,and it is also an important index to study and judge the balanced development of education for the elderly.Based on the theory of balanced development of"fair and quality education",this study mainly examines and observes the satisfaction of education for the elderly from three dimensions:educational opportunity,educational support and educational quality.Structural equation model method is adopted to explore the main factors and influencing mechanisms of the satisfaction of education for the elderly.The results show that the path coefficient of perceived educational equity on overall education satisfaction is 0.515***,the path coefficient of perceived educational equity on overall education satisfaction is 0.039,and the path coefficient of perceived educational support on overall education satisfaction is 0.230***.The total effect of perceived education support on overall satisfaction was the largest(0.792),and the path coefficient of perceived education quality on overall satisfaction was 0.240***.It can be seen that the elderly people's expectation on the senior education satisfaction is still more about the opportunity to go to school,but do not pay much attention to the quality of education for the elderly.Following the trend of balanced development,it is necessary to further promote the service system and support system of senior education to guarantee the educational opportunities and support for the elderly,build the quality system of education for the elderly to improve the sense of access to education for the elderly,and then improve the overall satisfaction of education for the elderly.
