摘要

针对某光学系统光电设备转台,本文为舱内设备所必要的作业环境和防护,设计了一种电动控制的保护罩,可防护砂石,雨水,沙尘和太阳辐射等环境条件对舱内光电设备造成的损伤.本文介绍了电动保护罩的结构组成、工作原理以及控制系统的设计,并且对电动保护罩各分系统的设计进行了详细的描述.设计的样机试验结果表明,该电动保护罩具有较好的环境防护性能,具备行车工作功能,动作全程安全可靠,具有较高的稳定性和可靠性.

Abstract

Aiming at the opto-electronic equipment turntable of a optics system,an electrically controlled protective cover is designed for the necessary operating environment and protection of the equipment body in the cabin,which can protect the damage caused by the environmental conditions such as sand,rain,sand and solar radiation to the opto-electronic equipment in the cabin.The structure composition,working principle and control system design of electric protective cover are introduced,and the design of each subsystem of electric protective cover is described in detail.The designed prototype test results show that the electric protective cover has better environmental protection performance,has the driving function,the whole movement is safe and reliable,has high stability and reliability.
