摘要

内燃机电站多采用成熟的电站控制器进行控制以及对电站运行的状态参数进行实时检测、显示.近年来,随着电站集成化和信息化不断的提高,某些项目因特殊需要不能使用成熟的电站控制器,例如取力发电电站,一般采用调压控制器与发电机的组合进行发电,由于不再使用控制器对相应的电站运行参数检测,在出现故障时,排查问题的难度大大增加.为应对该问题,本文对基于工业控制的触摸屏电站一体化控制系统进行了探究,并设计出了一套具有控制、显示和健康管理检测的电站一体化控制系统,较好地解决了电站故障诊断的复杂性.

Abstract

Internal combustion engine power plants often use mature power plant controllers for control and real-time detection and display of the operating status parameters of the power plant.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of power plant integration and informatization,some projects cannot use mature power plant controllers due to special needs,such as power generation plants,which generally use a combination of voltage regulating controllers and generators for power generation,Due to the discontinuation of using controllers to detect the corresponding operating parameters of the power plant,the difficulty of troubleshooting greatly increases when faults occur.To address this issue,this article explores the touch screen integrated control system for power plants based on industrial control,and designs a power plant integrated control system with control,display,and health management detection,which effectively solves the complexity of power plant fault diagnosis.
