摘要
风力发电机组变流器是将风力发电机产生的交流电转换为直流电的关键设备,其滤波回路对系统稳定性和电能质量至关重要.然而,滤波回路长期运行下可能出现多种失效方式,如电容值下降、鼓包漏油、电阻失效等,严重影响系统运行.本文通过仿真试验分析了电容和电阻失效对滤波回路的影响,探讨了相应的应对措施.建议采取定期检查维护、优化设计以及及时更换受影响组件等方法,以提高系统的稳定性和可靠性.同时,加强对系统运行状况的监测和管理,可有效预防滤波回路失效,保障风力发电系统的长期稳定运行.通过本研究,可以为风力发电行业提供重要的技术支持和参考,促进其可持续发展和应用推广.
Abstract
The converter in wind turbine generators is a crucial device that converts the generated AC power into DC power,with its filter circuit being essential for system stability and power quality.However,long-term operation of the filter circuit may lead to various failure modes,such as capacitor degradation,oil leakage,and resistor failure,significantly impacting system performance.This paper analyzes the effects of capacitor and resistor failures on the filter circuit through simulation and experimentation,and discusses corresponding mitigation measures.It recommends measures such as regular maintenance,optimization design,and timely replacement of affected components to enhance system stability and reliability.Additionally,strengthening monitoring and management of system operation can effectively prevent filter circuit failures and ensure the long-term stable operation of wind power generation systems.This study provides important technical support and references for the wind power industry,promoting its sustainable development and application.
