液驱换挡多级常啮合齿轮变速箱研究

摘要
自动变速箱因其能够较大程度地缓解驾驶员的劳动强度而得到了广泛的应用,然而传统的机械式自动变速箱(AMT)换挡过程较为复杂且易于出现故障,因此本文提出了一种新型的齿轮副常啮合形式的自动变速箱,该变速箱采用液压驱动式换挡原理,能够保证啮合齿轮顺利实现换挡操作,并通过理论研究与设计计算,完成了样机的加工制造并对其进行了试验测试,结果表明本文提出的变速箱机构设计合理可行,工作可靠性较高.
Abstract
Automatic transmission is widely used because it can relieve the driver's labor intensity to a greater extent.However,the traditional mechanical automatic transmission(AMT)has a complicated shifting process and is prone to failure.Therefore,this paper proposes anovel automatic gearbox in the form of constant-mesh gearbox,which adopts the hydraulic drive shift principle and can ensure the smooth shift operation of the meshing gears.And through theoretical research and design calculations,the processing and manufacturing of the prototype were completed and tested.The results show that the principle of the gearbox proposed in this paper is feasible and the working reliability is high.
