摘要
介绍了一种在氢燃料电池应急电源车中通过对热能的管理与合理利用来保证燃料电池安全高效地运行和固态储氢装置达到预期的吸/放氢速度和容量系统的研制方案.通过热管理系统对燃料电池进行冷却、散热,把燃料电池温度维持在高效和安全区间,并通过换热过程,把燃料电池经过冷却、散热后的冗余热量传导到固态储氢装置,使固态储氢装置的温度基本达到理论值,通过对热能的管理与合理利用来保证吸/放氢速度和容量,通过对热能的综合管理与合理利用来保证氢燃料电池应急电源车安全高效地运行.
Abstract
This paper introduces a system that ensures the safe and efficient operation of fuel cells and the expected hydrogen absorption/discharge speed and capacity of solid-state hydrogen storage devices through the management and rational utilization of thermal energy in hydrogen fuel cell emergency power vehicles.By using a thermal management system to cool and dissipate heat from the fuel cell,the temperature of the fuel cell is maintained within an efficient and safe range.Through the heat exchange process,the redundant heat from the cooled and dissipated fuel cell is transferred to the solid-state hydrogen storage device,ensuring that the temperature of the solid-state hydrogen storage device reaches the theoretical value.By managing and utilizing heat energy reasonably,the hydrogen absorption/desorption speed and capacity are ensured,To ensure the safe and efficient operation of hydrogen fuel cell emergency power vehicles through comprehensive management and rational utilization of thermal energy.
