摘要

为满足用户某型激光探视头非上下可移动的激光装备车载改装后贮存、运输及工作状态下的使用要求,通过分析使用工况,进行受力计算、结构设计、分析优化,利用常规材料设计了一款可垂直翻转的舱顶顶盖,经反复验证,该顶盖具有使用方便、可靠性好等优点.

Abstract

In order to meet the storage,transportation,and operational requirements of a non up and down movable laser equipment for a certain type of laser exploration head,a vertically flippable cabin top cover was designed using conventional materials by analyzing the operating conditions,conducting force calculation,structural design,and analysis optimization.After repeated verification,the top cover has the advantages of convenient use and good reliability.
