摘要

为了解决过去电网应对突发电力事件时,通常采用单一的发电作业形式保障供电,导致10kV配电线路由于计划性检修、自然灾害或突发事件等原因造成电网停电时,严重影响生产、生活秩序和社会经济发展;设计了多模式电网专用高压应急电源车.结果表明:该应急电源车具备一次并网、二次并网功能,实现计划性不停电检修;采用并机模块和并网模块模组合控制技术,可实现应急电源车多模式工况的运行;采用模块CAN2自动交涉技术,实现模块CAN2通讯地址的自动切换,保证CAN2通讯地址不冲突.同时,该应急电源车采用触摸屏集中监控技术,可控制机组的启动和停机以及机组断路器和市电开关的合闸和分闸,极大地提升了用户使用的便捷性.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem that in the past,the power grid usually used a single form of power generation operation to ensure power supply when responding to sudden power events,which led to the power outage of the power grid due to planned maintenance,natural disasters or emergencies of 10kv distribution lines,which seriously affected the production,living order and social and economic development;A special high-voltage emergency power supply vehicle for multi-mode power grid is designed.The results show that the emergency power supply vehicle has the functions of primary grid connection and secondary grid connection,and realizes planned uninterrupted maintenance;The multi-mode operation of emergency power supply vehicle can be realized by adopting the combined control technology of parallel module and grid connected module;The module can2 automatic negotiation technology is adopted to realize the automatic switching of the module can2 communication address and ensure that the can2 communication address does not conflict.At the same time,the emergency power vehicle adopts the touch screen centralized monitoring technology,which can control the start and shutdown of the unit,as well as the closing and opening of the unit circuit breaker and mains switch,greatly improving the convenience of users.
