摘要

感应电机在工业生产和交通运输等领域的应用极为广泛,深入研究其电磁优化对提升电机的效率、降低其能源损耗、增强电机性能和减少电机成本具有重要意义.本文采用有限元方法构建了感应电机的二维模型,与标准计算模型进行对比,计算结果表明本文提出的有限元构建方法能够准确的对电机进行模拟,为早期电磁设计的调整提供科学指导.并对标准电机模型进行结构优化,仿真实验表明,所提出的结构优化能够有效降低电机的体积损耗.

Abstract

Induction motors are widely used in industrial production and transportation,and in-depth study of their electromagnetic optimization is of great significance for improving motor efficiency,reducing energy consumption,enhancing operational performance,and reducing motor production costs.In this paper,the finite element method is used to construct a two-dimensional model of the induction motor,and the calculation results show that the finite element construction method proposed in this paper can accurately simulate the motor,and provide scientific guidance for the adjustment of early electromagnetic design.The simulation results show that the proposed structural optimization can effectively reduce the volume loss of the motor.
