近年来,网络逐渐从自动化走向智能化,自智网络已稳步从初级阶段(L1/L2)迈入中级阶段(L3),2025年自智网络将达到L4级.在数字化转型的浪潮下,客户体验的改善是网络自智能力提升的最终目标.随着全球化、信息化的发展,专线需求不断增长,企业专线成为运营商介入企业数字化的最佳入口.从服务体验的角度出发,制定面向专线业务的自智网络架构、分级标准、分级测评和认证,有助于专线业务自智能力的提升.
Research and Application of Autonomous Networks Service Experience for Private Line Services
In recent years,the network has gradually been developed from automation to intelligence.Meanwhile the autonomous net-works have steadily been moved from the primary stage(L1/L2)to the intermediate stage(L3),and the L4 level of autono-mous networks will be achieved by 2025.The improvement of customer experience is the ultimate goal of improving network self-intelligence under the wave of of digital transformation.With the development of globalization and informatization,the demands for private lines increase significantly,and enterprise private lines have been served as the best entrance to partici-pate in enterprise digitalization for operators.From the perspective of service experience,the establishment of the autono-mous networks architecture,grading standards,hierarchical evaluation,and certification for private line services is conducive to improve the autonomous capabilities of private line services.
