Based on the actual"dual carbon"management needs of communication operators in the production and operation process,it focuses on the whole-chain"dual carbon"management content of enterprises,including carbon data management,carbon asset management,dual control index systems and carbon market response capability,and carries out related research,application and practice of digital empowerment of communication operators'"dual carbon"innovative management.It is found that establishing the digital intelligence model of"dual carbon"management of communication operators could not only promote the management quality of enterprises and industries,but also enable the sustainable development of thousands of industries.
