Research and Application of Wireless Network Planning in High Load Scenarios Based on C-RAN Architecture
By introducing the basic principles and characteristics of the C-RAN architecture as well as its evolution,and analyzing the challenges of networks in high-load scenarios,a network planning solution of high-load scenarios based on the C-RAN architecture is proposed.In this planning solution,the network is decoupled as overlay layer and capacity layer.The capacity layer cells can be deployed to business hotspots as near as possible,and utilize the Massive MIMO feature of multi-streams and multiplexing to improve the network capacity and performance in high-load scenarios.Furthermore,the tidal effect of traffic model is researched to develop an algorithm,by which carriers can be fast scheduled automatically in high-load scenarios area.This algorithm,based on the C-RAN architecture,can further improve utilization efficiency and bearing capacity of the network,finally effectively improve user perception quality.
