Exploring the relationship between body posture and muscle tone, laying the foundation for the prevention and early intervention of poor posture in children and adolescents, and providing reference basis for the adjustment and evaluation of muscle tone.A stratified cluster sampling method was used to study 966 subjects in Tianjin.Describe and statistically analyze the muscle tension of students'trunk muscles, use Spearman correlation test to measure the dependence between body posture and muscle tension, and use multiple logistic regression to explore the impact of body posture on trunk muscle tension. The research results indicate that head torsion, high and low shoulders, lower limb roll, and high and low hips are risk factors for increased muscle tension in the left and right rhomboids, latissimus dorsi, and gluteus maximus, respectively.Incorrect body posture is a risk factor for increased muscle tone and requires early prevention and timely treatment.
