摘要

排球运动是一项体能和技能相融合的运动,运动员的体力和耐力在排球竞技中起到了关键性作用.随着竞技技术的增加,合理地安排体能训练,有助于提高训练成效,促进排球运动员提升自身运动水平.同时,在排球运动中尽可能避免运动员受伤也是非常重要的.通过对排球运动员体能训练中存在的运动损伤问题进行研究分析,有针对性地提出预防意见.

Abstract

Volleyball is a sport that combines physical fitness and skills,and athletes'physical strength and endurance play a crucial role in volleyball competition.With the increase of competitive skills,reasonable arrangement of physical fitness training can help improve training effectiveness and promote volleyball players to improve their sports level.It is also very important to avoid athlete injuries as much as possible in volleyball sports.By conducting research and analysis on the problems of sports injuries in volleyball athletes'physical fitness training,targeted preventive suggestions are proposed.
