摘要

氧化应激是机体的氧化系统和被氧化系统之间的平衡遭到破坏进而对机体造成损害的一种现象.同时氧化应激也是糖尿病及其并发症产生以及发展的重要因素.通过查阅大量文献,阐述运动对糖尿病的氧化应激作用,阐明了有氧运动对糖尿病引起的氧化应激缓解具有一定作用,能够降低糖尿病引起的氧化应激对肌体造成的损害.

Abstract

Oxidative stress is a phenomenon in which the balance between the body's oxidative system and the oxidized system is disrupted,resulting in damage to the body.At the same time,oxidative stress is also an important factor in the generation and development of diabetes and its complications.Through consulting a large number of literature,this paper expounds the effect of exercise on oxidative stress in diabetes,expounds that aerobic exercise has a certain role in alleviating oxidative stress caused by diabetes,and can reduce the damage to the body caused by oxidative stress caused by diabetes.
