体育锻炼对中老年人睡眠质量的干预作用研究

为系统评价体育锻炼对中老年人睡眠质量的改善效果,通过检索中国知网、万方、PubMed和Web of Science等国内外数据库系统相关文献,运用Review Manager 5。3和STATA 12。0进行数据合并与分析。21篇文章被纳入分析。结果显示,体育锻炼对改善中老年人睡眠质量有积极影响。体育锻炼可改善中老年人的睡眠质量,且单次45-60分钟并持续12周的身心运动干预可显著提升有睡眠障碍的老年人的睡眠质量。
Interventional Effects of Physical Exercise on Sleep Quality in Middle-aged and Elderly People
To systematically evaluate the improvement effect of physical exercise on the sleep quality of middle-aged and elderly people,relevant literature was searched through domestic and foreign database systems such as CNKI,Wanfang,PubMed,and Web of Science.Use Review Manager 5.3 and STATA 12.0 for data consolidation and analysis.21 articles were included in the analysis,and the results showed that physical exercise has a positive impact on improving the sleep quality of middle-aged and elderly people.Physical exercise can improve the sleep quality of middle-aged and elderly people,and a single 45-60 minute and continuous 12 week physical and mental exercise intervention can significantly improve the sleep quality of elderly people with sleep disorders.
