A Study on the Effect of Blood Flow Restriction Training on Lower Limb Muscle Strength in Athletics Teaching
Blood flow restriction training is a strength training method that can significantly increase muscle strength under lower training loads.A study was conducted on the impact of blood flow restriction training on the lower limb muscle strength of students in track and field teaching.Based on a thorough analysis of the concept and implementation points of blood flow restriction training,its practical application in high school track and field teaching confirmed that blood flow restriction training can affect the development of individual muscle strength through mechanisms such as metabolism,neural adaptation,and cell expansion.Compared with conventional resistance strength training,it can effectively enhance the lower limb muscle strength of students under lower training loads,making training more efficient and safer.It is an effective measure to solve the"dilemma"of lower limb strength training in middle school track and field teaching.
