加压训练的应用及相关限制研究

加压训练(Pressure training)作为一种科学训练方法,在我国得到极大范围的使用。通过对其进行系统的综述,从其应用及限制两方面展开探讨。研究发现,加压训练在运动、康复、健身等领域得到广泛运用,能够有效提高人体上肢与下肢的力量,使得人体机能水平得到有效提高。但对其使用方式、强度及周期设定都应该有明确的设定,从而减少运动损伤的发生。
Research on the Application and Related Limitations of Pressure Training
Pressure training,as a scientific training method,has been widely used in China.Through a systematic review,this article explores its applications and limitations.Research has found that pressure training is widely used in sports,rehabilitation,fitness and other fields,which can effectively improve the strength of the upper and lower limbs of the human body,and effectively improve the level of human function.But there should be clear settings for its usage,intensity,and cycle to reduce the occurrence of sports injuries.
