摘要
为探究青少年足球运动员的体能储备与参与健康行为之间的关系,通过体能测试和健康行为问卷调查,发现地市青少年运动员在心肺耐力、下肢爆发力、柔韧性、速度与灵敏性方面表现出了良好的水平.然而,饮食、睡眠和心理健康存在一定的多样性.为此,建议制定个性化的训练计划,提供健康行为习惯宣传和支持,并关注青少年运动员的特殊需求,以促进其综合健康和体能水平的提高.
Abstract
To explore the relationship between physical fitness reserve and participation in healthy behaviors among young football players,physical fitness tests and health behavior questionnaires were conducted,and it was found that local young football players showed good levels in cardiovascular endurance,lower limb explosive power,flexibility,speed,and sensitivity.However,there is a certain diversity in diet,sleep,and mental health.Therefore,it is recommended to develop personalized training plans,provide promotion and support for healthy behavior habits,and pay attention to the special needs of young athletes to promote their overall health and physical fitness levels.
