融入体适能训练的跆拳道课程对9-12岁儿童耐力素质影响研究

为探究融入体适能训练的跆拳道课程对9-12岁儿童耐力素质的影响,选取新疆维吾尔自治区昌吉回族自治州呼图壁县方际星智跆拳道馆40名9-12岁儿童进行为期8周的跆拳道课程。其中,20名学生接受了融入体适能训练的跆拳道课程,另外20名学生接受传统跆拳道课程的训练。研究发现,相对于传统跆拳道课程,融入体适能训练的跆拳道课程能够显著提高学生的耐力素质水平。由此可见,体适能训练可以为跆拳道课程的教学带来更多的好处,有助于提高儿童的身体素质水平,增强儿童的运动能力和自我保护能力。
A Study on the Impact of Taekwondo Curriculum Integrating Physical Fitness Training on the Endurance Quality of 9-12 Year Old Children
To explore the impact of integrating physical fitness training into Taekwondo courses on the endurance quality of 9-12 year old children,forty 9-12 year old children from Fangji Xingzhi Taekwondo Hall in Hutubi County,Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were selected for an 8-week Taekwondo course.Among them,20 students received Taekwondo courses that integrated physical fitness training,while the other 20 students received training in traditional Taekwondo courses.Research has found that compared to traditional Taekwondo courses,Taekwondo courses that incorporate physical fitness training can significantly improve students'endurance level.From this,it can be seen that physical fitness training can bring more benefits to the teaching of Taekwondo courses,help improve children's physical fitness level,enhance their athletic ability and self-protection ability.
