摘要
随着时代的发展,我国的教育事业取得了巨大的进步,对体育教育的重视也日益增加."双减"政策实施后,从小学至大学在课程设置和考试方面,体育所占的比重也得到了提高.体育家庭作业作为体育课堂教学的补充和延伸,是提高体育教学质量和学生身体素质的有效手段.本文对"双减"政策背景下小场地中小学体育家庭作业存在的问题和解决方法展开研究,推行全面发展的教育理念,以提高青少年身心健康.
Abstract
With the development of the times,China's education industry has made tremendous progress,and the emphasis on physical education is also increasing.After the implementation of the"double reduction"policy,the proportion of physical education in curriculum and exams from primary school to university has also increased.Sports homework,as a supplement and extension of physical education classroom teaching,is an effective means to improve the quality of physical education teaching and the physical fitness of students.This article conducts research on the problems and solutions of sports homework in small field primary and secondary schools under the background of the"double reduction"policy,promoting the educational concept of comprehensive development and improving the physical and mental health of young people.
