A Study on the Effect of Physical Exercise on Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis——Take Zhuhai City as an example
This article aims to understand the occurrence of idiopathic scoliosis among primary and secondary school students in Zhuhai,analyze its influencing factors,and provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.We conducted a survey on some adolescents in Zhuhai using literature review and questionnaire survey methods.The research results found that 55%of students have a bad habit of sitting when writing,such as bowing their heads and waist,66%of students have a bad habit of sitting when using electronic products,72%of students have desks and chairs that cannot be adjusted,80%of students use backpacks,and 72.5%of students rarely exercise for more than half an hour per day.From this,it can be concluded that poor body posture,desk and chair height,backpack habits and methods,and school physical education and health education are influencing factors for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.Physical exercise is a measure to prevent and treat idiopathic scoliosis.
